Who we are

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order or ship it. If we can’t fulfil something — a piece sells out, or a listing had the wrong price — we’ll tell you and refund you in full rather than substitute something you didn’t choose.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by Square, not by us: your card details go to Square and never touch this site. Sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.

Handmade items

Everything is crocheted by hand, so no two pieces are identical. Size, colour and finish vary slightly, and screen colours vary between devices. This is normal for handmade goods and isn’t a defect — though if something is genuinely wrong, our Refund Policy covers it.

Making and delivery times

Made-to-order pieces take time to make before they ship. Any dates we give are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands.

Digital patterns

Buying a pattern gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You may sell finished items you make from our patterns — we’d love you to. You may not copy, resell, share or republish the pattern itself, in whole or in part.

Download links expire for security but can be reissued at no cost. Patterns are non-refundable once downloaded — see the Refund Policy.

Safety

Many pieces contain small parts such as safety eyes and are not suitable for children under 3. Product descriptions say so where it applies. Please supervise young children with any handmade toy.

Our content

The photographs, text, patterns and designs on this site belong to us. Please don’t reuse them without asking — see our Acceptable Use Policy.

Liability

We stand behind what we make: if an item is faulty or not as described, we’ll refund or replace it. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the item. Nothing here limits any right you have that can’t legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. The version in force is the one published when you ordered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
