Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible. This page says exactly what that means.

The short version
We don’t run analytics, we don’t use advertising trackers, and this site sets no cookies of its own. We don’t have customer accounts, and we never see your card details.
What we collect, and when
When you buy something, Square collects your name, email, billing details and — for physical items — your shipping address, so your order can be paid for and posted. We see that order information in our Square account. We use it to make and send your order, and to talk to you about it.
Your card details go to Square, not to us. Payment happens on Square’s own checkout page. We never receive, store or have access to your card number.
When you email us, we keep the email so we can reply and keep track of what was agreed.
Just browsing? Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. We don’t use them to build a profile of you.
Who else is involved
Square processes payments and holds order and customer records. Their handling of your data is covered by Square’s own privacy notice.
Hostinger hosts this website.
Shipping carriers receive the address needed to deliver your parcel.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept while we need them for the order and afterwards for tax and accounting purposes. Emails are kept as long as they’re useful for supporting you.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hmfs-orders@hmfantasticstitches.com. Some records we have to keep for tax reasons even after a deletion request, and we’ll tell you if that applies. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, and we’ll honour them.
Children
This shop isn’t aimed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please tell us and we’ll remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
