Common questions
Where’s my order? Most pieces are made to order by hand, so there’s a making time before anything ships. If it’s been longer than you expected, email us and we’ll tell you exactly where it is.
My pattern download didn’t work. Download links expire for security, but they’re free to reissue — open the confirmation page from your receipt again and a fresh link appears. If that doesn’t work, email us and we’ll send the file directly.
Can you make something custom? Often, yes. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll say honestly whether we can.
